Operation:

9 AM to 6 PM
 

Processing Cut Off Time:

4 PM IST
 

Turn Around Time(TAT) for Tandem Mass Spectrometry Panel:

Samples that meet the processing criteria and reach the lab by 1 PM, will be processed the same day and preliminary results will be available by 8:00 PM that day.
 
In special circumstances, (e.g.: a sick infant) where time is of essence, samples received by 6 PM that meet the processing criteria, will have preliminary results available by 9:30 PM the same day.
 

Turn Around Time (TAT) for All Other Panels:

Samples that meet the processing criteria for other panels and reach the lab by 5 PM will be normally reported by 3 PM, the next day.
 
Sample Received: Any Day | Results Reported: Normally the Next Day
