Turn Around Time (TAT) MS/MS:Tandem Mass Spectrometry (MS/MS) is used to screen 45 disorders. Samples that meet the processing criteria and reach the lab by 1 PM, will be processed the same day and preliminary results will be available by 7 PM that day, in most cases
Turn Around Time MS/MS + Bio:Samples that are processed for the full panel of 51 disorders have a TAT of 2 to 5 days, based on arrival at the lab.
