Benefits
We provide health benefits to employees after successfully completing the probationary period. You are entitled to 1.5 vacation days for every month worked (18 vacation days a year). Additionally you receive 10 holidays every year and alternate Saturdays off. We will consider flexible work hours, if it does not impact our business.
Compensation
NeoGen Labs offers above average compensation to our employees. Quarterly bonuses are given to employees based on their performance and the company meeting its profitability goals. These bonuses are not guaranteed.
